What do you need to know about Pridea?

Pridea work in the housing sector. They have a supportive and friendly team that will help you throughout your apprenticeship journey. They are a small, close-knit team of around 10 employees with varying levels of experience.

So, what will your day to day look like?

As a lettings negotiator you will provide support by being a friendly face of the company, acting as a liaison to prospective new tenants, whilst maintaining current relationships that have already been built . You will be working towards your Housing & Propery Management Level 3 Qualification and attend 1-2-1 meetings via teams every month to discuss your progress with your tutor and learn about the modules including decision making & collaborative working, housing legislation, tenancy types, and more! You will have a minimum of 6 hours per week to complete apprenticeship work which includes assignments, research, and training within your role. All apprenticeship work is completed in the workplace during your working hours.

Daily tasks include:

· Handling queries from clients over the phone and face to face and ensuring they are followed up

· Screening potential tenants / application management / tenancy management

· Keeping up to date with local knowledge of current market conditions and legislation

· Remaining informed on the local competition

· Carrying out viewings / inspections / inventories

· Handling maintenance requests and generating work orders

· Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am – 17:00pm

· Qualification: Housing & Property Management Level 3 takes approximately 18 months.
