CT Skills has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and self-motivated Learner Support Assistant to join our support and customer service team.

This is on a fixed term basis to cover maternity leave.  The role is part-time (up to 4 days per week), working on a remote basis but may include some travel to our head office in Beeston.

The Role

You will be the first point of contact for candidates applying for CT Skills free online courses. You will be required to offer exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers over the telephone, Microsoft Teams and in writing. You will be expected to take ownership of your role and work closely with colleagues to ensure each candidate has an exceptional learning experience.

The Individual

We are looking for an organised individual with a can-do attitude.  Someone with excellent administration, interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written is essential. Experience working in a customer focused environment with the ability to maintain confidentiality. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and MS Teams.
