This is a full-time role, largely remote but could include some travel. A driving licence and access to a car is therefore essential. Enhanced DBS clearance is also required.
The Role
You will be working in partnership with employers to support their employees through the full apprenticeship programme. Utilising your training and coaching skills, you will guide and support learners’ performance and knowledge throughout their training in Business Skills, through one-to-one and group sessions.
You will be continuously striving to build, maintain and improve relationships with both learners and employers, being an ambassador for CT Skills and our offering.
The Individual
We value your industry knowledge and management experience, so although holding a relevant assessor or verifier qualification would be great, full training and support will be provided if you have a real passion for sharing your knowledge and developing others.
You will be an effective communicator, able to successfully engage both employers and learners alike. An excellent planner, you will be able to manage your time effectively as well as conflicting priorities. You will have the ability to coach, develop and mentor people, proven experience of delivering training and assessing learners would be an advantage.
