Level 4 Housing and Property Management with Pridea
What do you need to know about Pridea?
Pridea work in the housing sector. They have a supportive and friendly team that will help you throughout your apprenticeship journey. They are a small, close-knit team of around 10 employees with varying levels of experience.
So, what will your day to day look like?
You will be part of the management team and support by Providing outstanding customer service to our clients and negotiating agreements with both tenants and landlords. You will be working towards your Senior Housing & Property Management Level 4 Qualification and attend 1-2-1 meetings via teams every month to discuss your progress with your tutor and learn about the modules including Legislation and regulation, business planning, assets, range of services and more…You will have a minimum of 6 hours per week to complete apprenticeship work which includes assignments, research, and training within your role. All apprenticeship work is completed in the workplace during your working hours.
Daily tasks include:
• Providing outstanding customer service to our clients
• Arrange and conduct property viewings
• Negotiate agreements with both tenants and landlords
• Agree and progress tenancies from application to move in
• Conduct inventory and checkout reports
• Organise and attend property inspections and report back to the landlord
• Organise and instruct required safety certificates
• Dealing with tenant Deposits
• Manage and coordinate property maintenance

Qualification: Senior Housing & Property Management Level 4 takes approximately 19 months.

What skills/qualifications or personalities would be suited to this role?
· You must have a minimum of English/Maths GCSE 4/C to apply for this role and you must have lived in the UK for a minimum of 3 years
· Minimum of one years’ experience in Residential Lettings
· Efficient at problem solving
· Confident in speaking with clients
· A good understanding of current legislation is preferable
· A desire to deliver excellent customer service is essential
· IT Literate (MS office, email systems, internet)
· Good verbal and written communication skills
· A positive attitude, organised nature and the ability to work well as part of a team are essential
